This role takes in all aspects of working in a small business, including but not limited to sales, cake/biscuit production, decoration & cleaning. 

Key professional attributes include:

  • strong hygiene & sanitation focus
  • ability to follow recipe & procedural instruction

  • knowledge of work place safety protocols
  • thorough understanding of food safety regulations
