We are seeking a genuine all-rounder who is flexible, driven and self-motivated. **This is a varied role and involves operational support, event support, education administration, medical receptionist as well as assistant to the directors Why you will love working with our client As a small family business, they pride themselves on having a great culture! About the role/Requirements This is a full-time or part time (30 hours a week) permanent role to commence as soon as possible with a competitive salary on offer between $65K- $75K plus super depending on experience. Standard business hours Monday- Friday 9am - 5.00pm with some flexibility to work from home. The successful candidate will be highly organised and mature minded as he/she will be the lifeblood of this organisation with a variety of tasks being required of the incumbent daily. Due to the nature of the clientele you will be dealing with, to be considered for this role you must have received your double vaccination. *Requirements include but not limited to: Front desk reception and patient recruitment, bookings and liaison Booking patient models for our ultrasound courses Creating documentation Preparing education materials for our clients Monitor marketing efforts Rostering team members Facility management Working with caterers Booking travel arrangements for team member Medical equipment manufacture liaison Answering training inquiries Monitoring financials Attending and representing the company at conferences provide assistance to directors as and when required, and undertake administrative functions proactively identify opportunities to simplify workflows and deliver operational improvements and efficiencies Executive Support:coordinate and manage senior leaders' diaries; arrange meetings; prepare relevant material, seek approval and book travel requirements Operational Support:proactively identify opportunities to simplify workflows and deliver operational improvements and efficiencies Administration Support:consistently provide high level administrative support to the business Skills Your previous Office Administration/Accounts and/or Reception experience coupled with your natural enthusiasm, drive and self-motivation will hold you in good stead. -Communicate effectively with doctors, other staff & stakeholders - Able to work independently yet be a team-player. Able to multi-task and focused on achieving goals in a fast-paced environment. - Personality -Friendly, approachable, and bubbly temperament with a high level of personal presentation - Technology skills: proficiency in Microsoft products is required. Experience with active campaign, google suite and social media management is also advantageous - Strong project management abilities - planning, coordinating and successful delivery of the event content and collateral for the conference About you *To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Strong Event Coordination, planning and organisational skills; The drive and passion to work in a busy, demanding yet stimulating role; Outstanding relationship building and communication skills; A positive, results oriented approach Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications. Mature thinker with the ability to work autonomously and within a team Critical to the success of this role is also being a self-starter, being highly organised and having excellent communication and presentation skills.
