Your new company

Your new role
We’re hoping to identify experienced professionals who are seeking opportunities to enhance their career or establish themselves within Tasmania’s tourism and hospitality industry. Due to staff relocations and business growth, opportunities have arisen for both Duty and Restaurant Managers to drive and maintain highly successful and overachieving teams. You’ll be in a unique position to make these roles your own with the concept being that you can both establish and create your own career path within these iconic local brands.

What you'll need to succeed
For your application to be successful it is imperative that you posses a detailed background in a similar position or have extensive management experience within the tourism and hospitality sectors. You will display strategic time management, superb presentation and communication skills and be experienced in mentoring and leading hospitality personnel. Ideally, you’ll already possess your RSA, and Gaming licences and be available to work a rotating roster. These rewarding positions are for confident, resilient and tenacious individuals with proven abilities to work towards and exceed commercial expectations.
