Your new company
A chance to be a part of a busy and fast paced Home & Contents team at a market leader within Insurance and Financial Services. This team provides full training, upskilling and ongoing support to develop the skills needed to manage a portfolio of General Insurance claims. Based in Sydney Olympic Park, you will be servicing customers who have general insurance claims, ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Your new role
Working as a Home and Contents Consultant you will be;

  • Taking inbound calls from customers, providing customer service and updates on claims
  • Identifying more complex claims and referring them to the Case Managers
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal specialists in order to manage the claims process.
  • Providing a high level of customer service whilst representing the business

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • A Passion and experience for Customer Service
  • Any Insurance Experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and written capability
  • Available to work from Sydney Olympic Park
