A chance to be a part of a busy and fast paced General Insurance team at a market leader within Insurance and Financial Services. This team provides full training, upskilling and ongoing support to develop the skills needed to manage a portfolio of General Insurance claims. Based in Sydney Olympic Park, you will be servicing customers who have general insurance claims, ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Your new role
Working as a General Insurance Case Manager you will be;
- Managing a portfolio of claims end to end ensuring the claim is fully processed in an efficient manner
- Receiving inbound calls from customers to provide updates on the status of their claims, and actioning queries.
- Inputting key data in relation to the claims process and ensuring quality procedures are met
- Providing a high level of customer service whilst representing the business
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Experience in general insurance claims
- A strong customer service background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- An attention to detail and strong computer skills
- Available to work from Sydney Olympic Park
