About the team: Aspect's fundraising team delivers programs and campaigns to support Aspect's services to provide the best opportunities for people on the autism spectrum. We raise funds through various methods but our main areas are:

About the role:
Leading the Individual Giving and Community Fundraising teams, you will be responsible for the strategic development, budget, operational delivery and growth of these Units. With your knowledge and experience of digital fundraising, you will lead the team to implement an innovative digital fundraising strategy. You will support the team to inspire new and existing individual giving and community fundraising supporters to make financial gifts through the execution of high quality multi-channeled campaigns. Your experience in the fundraising sector will allow you to drive forward an integrated strategy in collaboration with the whole fundraising team to raise increasing levels of net income which power autism specific programs.
A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this.
