EL1 Commercial Lawyer

Your new company
This Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer for an ongoing opportunity within their in-house team. This opportunity is available for NOG or S26 candidates.

Your new role will involve advising on all commercial law matters including: ICT, procurement, probity and general commercial matters. You will be working as part of a small team of like-minded legal professionals. This role will also provide substantive acting opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will be a high performing APS6 Commercial Lawyer or have previous EL1 experience, including significant experience advising on commercial matters. You will bring a can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
