Pay Rate: $32.16 per hour + super
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Location: Newcastle CBD - potential to WFH after training

Our client is a well-known Government agency who deliver essential services to the people of NSW. They pride themselves on delivering a positive customer experience. The successful contractors will be working on a 7am-7pm rotating roster Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Your new role
Your day-to-day responsibilities are not limited to:
• Receiving inbound calls and enquiries
• Assisting customers with workers insurance policies
• Setting up and amending policies
• Discussing payment arrangements
• Working with an established team
What you'll need to succeed
• Strong customer service and computer/technology skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage high volume based work
• Prioritise workload in a busy environment
• Great problem-solving skills
• Previous contact centre & customer service experience within an office environment is preferred
• High speed internet connection
• Mobile phone with adequate reception coverage
• Valid Police Check
• Covid Vaccination policy in place
