Your new role
While handling enquiries, informing customers over the phone, and keeping accurate records, your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Handle Individual and Business enquiries
  • Updating and stating the progression of Tax returns
  • Update ABN and Tax File number applications and Business Activity statements
  • Liaising with internal and external parties
  • Working to meet set key performance indicators

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a genuine interested in helping people with the confidence to make decisions that are line with policies. Key skills you will bring to this role to handle efficiently include:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management

Previous experience in Finance or Accounting is desirable however a background in retail, hospitality or contact centres is also advantageous.
