Your new role
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be required to answer calls, interact and resolve escalated issues, collate data and provide solutions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will also need to be proactively manage new leads, identify opportunities and upsell, conduct other necessary steps to ensure contracts meet requirements and also assist with other administrative tasks as outlined by your leader.
