They have diversified works across the commercial, aged care, health care, education, industrial and retail sectors. Recently expanding to the Brisbane area, they are developing an extensive portfolio of work across Southeast Queensland and are now looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.
Your new role
As the Contract Administrator you will be highly organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy. In this role you will develop, prepare, and review contracts, subcontractor packages, scopes, procurement schedules, manage document control, process progress claims and variations.
What you'll need to succeed
Given the nature of this role, strong organisation and communication skills will be key to your success.
Your previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. You will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
