Your Impact!
As the Centre Director at Goodstart Kyneton you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation and to extend your network of relationships with children, families, and educators. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team.
You will establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community.
The Centre:
Goodstart Kyneton is located in a quiet residential area, across the road from a beautiful park and oval, and close to local schools and town centre. We are a small, 73 placed Centre with three rooms, catering for children from six weeks to five years of age.
Our educators are passionate and committed to assisting our children to develop a love of learning through the opportunities they are given. We are very proud of the relationships that we have with our families which provides the basis for successful partnerships and outcomes for children.
