NRMA Parks and Resorts is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NRMA – keeping people moving for 100 years.  Our expanding portfolio of owned and managed holiday parks currently features 48 holiday parks and resorts in iconic tourism locations around Australia.

The Role:

Reporting to the Brand Specialist, this role sits within a team of marketing professionals to deliver on tourist revenue targets while also working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders. The role is focused on delivering an integrated marketing campaign strategy for a group of properties within NRMA and includes delivery of all, brand, PR, content and execution of content and community management across social media channels.This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a passion for marketing, travel and tourism, with the ability to experience some of Australia’s best holiday locations as part of the role.

Our Boxes to Tick:

  • Experience in creating creative and engaging social content aligned to business strategy
  • Confidence in producing both written and visual content, print and digital.
  • Able to manage content calendars to produce content ahead of time as well as community management of social channels
  • Experience in reporting and analysing social results and latest social media trends
  • Experience in working with influencers to coordinate stays and manage/share multiple streams of content
  • Experience in creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns including creative and digital brief
  • Ability to interpret, analyse and present data and campaign results
  • An understanding of brand and creative frameworks and ensuring brand standards are kept at all times
  • Strong and proven time management, prioritising and problem-solving skills – demonstrated experience in meeting project deadlines
  • Ability to manage day to day administration tasks such as expenses, incoming enquiries, and multiple day to day tasks
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Accountability, honesty and integrity in all dealings with clients and personnel
  • Results driven

About You:

  • 2 years + in a similar role – industry experience will be an advantage
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, tourism or similar field would be highly advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and sound knowledge of social media platforms highly regarded
  • A can-do attitude and an ability to flex style depending on your customer or audience
  • Highly motivated & energetic, solutions-oriented self-starter with an adaptable teamwork style
  • Great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
