Full job description

Allocations/Scheduling Consultant Great working hours - family friendly Varity and growth opportunities. Permanent part-time in Bendigo We currently have a position available for a dynamic and committed individual to join our Allocations/Scheduling team on a set work roster with occasional weekend which will see you earning penalty rates. You will be responsible for filling shift requests from customers, clients and family members within the disability and aged care sector. The allocation consultant will identify and liaise directly with field workers providing clear direction on duties and responsibilities to ensure needs are met. The successful applicant will thrive on working in a fast paced environment, be passionate about providing a high standard of customer service to our clients. The successful candite will exhibit attention to details, good memory skills and the ability to follow up allocations request in a structured process. Ideally, you will have;

  • Relevant qualifications in disability/aged care or community related studies
  • Previous allocations/scheduling experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of scheduling/rostering systems
  • Calm under pressure and enjoys a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent communication skills using phone, email, text and teams
  • Friendly, approachable and committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Creative negotiation skills and solutions focused for best practice outcomes for clients.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database experience 

You will need or will obtain:

  • Current police check
  • Current WWCC
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS new worker induction module certificate
