Accounts Payable Officer

Your new company
A specialist food company in the Botany area who supply high end food retail outlets is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Working in a finance team of 6 your key duties will include

• Processing supplier invoices
• Coding and entering account details onto system
• Payment schedules and payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Expense account reconciliations
• Working closely with sales, suppliers, warehouse and accounts to resolve account queries
• Finalising accounts prior to month end closing
• Managing AP inbox

What you'll need to succeed

• Good knowledge of all Accounts Payable processes
• Well organised and strong communication skills
• Able to build good relationships with suppliers and staff
• Good systems skills and Excel
