Accounts Payable Officer

Your new company
A national, growing organisation who are looking for an experienced & confident Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a permanent, full time basis. The company is currently going through a positive transition phase which is the perfect time for someone with a great attitude to join the team! You will be provided with flexible working arrangements including WFH days and you will be joining a high performing, close knit team with ofices located in the Glen Waverley area.

Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:

• High volume invoices processing (100+ per day)
• Expense reimbursement & petty cash
• Processing payment runs in accordance with policy & procedures
• Managing inbox and resolving queries
• Other reporting & adhoc duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Recent end to end accounts payable experience
• Experience working in a fast paced / high volume role
• High levels of attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines is important
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Experience working with a large ERP (SAP or Oracle or Dynamics etc)
