About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised sales professional to join our Team.

Capral’s culture is one that places a high focus on collaboration, hard work and innovation.  Primarily this role is responsible for overseeing the relationships between Capral and its valued clients.

About You

You will be a passionate, dynamic, self-motivated all-rounder who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you must have:

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience within a similar role responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by implementing sales strategies and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
  • a solutions focused attitude with customer service being your ultimate priority
  • experience in negotiating large commercial contracts with senior management
  • Intermediate computer literacy – MS Excel and SAP
  • A clean and valid Australian Drivers Licence.

This position is fulltime and will require the incumbent to work outside of the normal scope of hours and to travel to meet customers demands etc.  A fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop will be provided.
