POLICE have taken a 41-year-old Strathdale man into custody after an alleged road rage incident in Quarry Hill on Wednesday morning.
Police were called to the alleged incident in Olinda and Russell streets about 7.45am.
It's alleged that two cars collided a number of times before stopping.
The occupants then exited their vehicles, and one man chased another.
Investigators believe the men are known to each other.

POLICE believe two people in cars that crashed in Quarry Hill this morning knew each other.
One man is assisting officers with their enquiries following the incident near the Queens Arms Hotel on Russell Street.
Police are yet to establish the exact circumstances of the crash because neither of the people involved speak English, Sergeant Mark Bell said.
However, officers believe they may have had a dispute before the crash.

A police interpreter is currently being sourced to help with the investigation, Sergeant Bell said.
"So it's taking a little longer than it normally would," he said.
One car was still at the scene in the hours after the crash and had a smashed-in boot.
