The Bendigo Hume and Iser Braves forward this week claimed his third SEABL men's south conference player of the week award in the space of eight rounds.
Redhage was outstanding in the Braves' two wins last weekend averaging 43 points, 17 rebounds, four assists and two blocks over the two games.
Last year with North West Tasmanian Thunder, Redhage won four player of the week awards on his way to claiming the league MVP honour.
The Braves haven't even reached the halfway mark of this season, but another league MVP honour looks a certainty for Redhage.
"I'm happy with the way I'm playing, but I'm more concerned about the team winning," Redhage said yesterday.
"The individual awards are nice, but all I want to do is help the Braves win a championship this year.
"We have a great bunch of guys on the team and we feel we can achieve something special this year."Redhage led North West Tasmania to the SEABL south conference championship last year and he is confident the Braves are on the same path in 2005.
"Last year North West Tasmania won the first 13 games which set up its season," Redhage said.
"We've been playing well and have had some good wins, but I don't think we've played our best basketball yet.
"We're still improving which is a good sign for later in the year."Redhage and the Braves face a tough road-double this weekend.
On Saturday night the Braves tackle the Geelong Supercats, before backing up on Sunday afternoon with a trip to Frankston to play the Blues.
