Ryan was promoted to opener for the clash with Tasmania and hit six fours and four sixes in his 128-ball knock.
Todd Murphy added 32 not out, while James Vlaeminck didn’t play as Vic Country made 7-265.
Tasmania made light work of the run chase, making 3-268 off 46 overs.
Murphy had figures of 0-46 off eight overs, while Ryan took 0-32 off five overs.
Vic Country will play in consolation finals on Wednesday and Thursday.
