With a focus on putting women and physical activity first, the group gives women of all levels of fitness the chance to get active.
Run by Sports Focus, the program works with local sporting clubs and physical activity providers to help overcome barriers that women often face when getting active.
“(Miss Me Time’s) focus is fun participation in a non-judgmental, supportive environment for women of all abilities and fitness levels,” Sports Focus project co-ordinator Jenna Duffy said.

“We include everyone and take a really strong focus on being a ‘no judgment’ women's group.
“VicHealth's research shows the number one barrier (for women taking on physical activity) is the fear of judgment. In everything we do, we try to create that no judgment environment.”
Miss Me Time will have a group of women taking part in the Bendigo Bank Fun Run and are encouraging others to get on board.
There will be a range of exercise sessions and opportunities organised by Miss Me Time to assist women with their training for the Bendigo Bank Fun Run.
“The Fun Run is a local activity like ourselves and it’s something we're keen to support,” Ms Duffy said.
“You can either run or walk on the day and it is really inclusive for all fitness levels.”
Ms Duffy said research shows most women don't participate in physical activity a much as men.
“Sports Focus is keen to work with sporting clubs to provide more opportunities that align with women's preferences (for physical activity),” she said.
Miss Me Time began in 2016 and is funded by VicHealth.
“We started in Bendigo and as the program grows, we would like to spread out to the wider region.”
Early bird registrations for the Bendigo Bank Fun Run are open until 23 September.
