The sound of drums echoed through Bendigo’s Dai Gum San Precinct in anticipation for the awakening of Sun Loong.
Performers from across the country and guests from throughout the world filled the precinct for two hours of traditional Chinese themed performances.
Sun Loong will for the last time appear at the Sunday gala parade solo as it is anticipated he will be joined by another dragon, Dai Gum Loong next year.
