UPDATE 7.20am: Customers affected by a power outage caused by a fault in White Hills can expect their power to be restored about 8.30am, a Powercor spokeswoman says.

The outage occurred at 3.48am as a result of a fault on a high-voltage conductor.
The spokeswoman said the outage initially affected more than 3500 properties, but crews had worked to restore power to all but about 900.
Crews are currently on site working to fix the fault.
The cause of the fault at Barkers Creek is unknown and crews are patrolling the line.
That outage occurred about 5.30am.
UPDATE 7.10am: Residents in White Hills and East Bendigo can now expect power to be restored by about 9.30am, but those affected elsewhere look set to wait a little longer.
Powercor has updated its estimated restoration times in Ascot and areas south of Bendigo to 11am.
EARLIER: More than 2000 properties in Bendigo and to the south of the city are without power due to two separate outages.
Powercor says the faults have occurred at Waterview Drive in White Hills, and on the Midland Highway at Barkers Creek.
The White Hills fault has affected properties in White Hills, East Bendigo and Ascot.
Some traffic lights along Napier Street are also out as a result.
Powercor estimated power would be restored about 6.30am.
Meanwhile, the outage at Barkers Creek has affected properties in several areas, including Ravenswood, Sutton Grange and Harcourt, among others.
The estimated power restoration time is 8am.
