Shepparton United advanced with a semi-final win over Moama.
Thirteen teams contested the open division, including a second team from Eaglehawk, fellow BFNL club South Bendigo and Loddon Valley team Maiden Gully YCW.
Kangaroo Flat defeated Echuca to claim the 17-and-under crown, while host club Rochester became the inaugural winner of the 15-and-under division with a victory against Golden Square.
