Blake Flower, 25, appeared by video link in the Bendigo Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday where he entered guilty pleas to 14 charges.
He has been committed to the County Court.
Flower attempted a burglary in Junortoun in the early hours of November 22, before committing a burglary on a property in Axedale where he stole a shotgun, three rifles, ammunition and a ute.
He also fired one of the weapons in Axedale, and shortened the shotgun.
Flower pleaded guilty to careless driving in Knowsley and Kangaroo Flat, and for failing to stop, render assistance or report the crash near the entrance to Lansell Square Shopping Centre at 9.30am.
He was arrested shortly after.
His co-accused Lindsey Fisher, 22, also appeared in court on Wednesday and signalled her intention to plead guilty to four charges at her next appearance in the magistrates’ court on March 21.
The court heard her role in the offending was “somewhat lower” than Flower.
Her charges include attempted burglary, possessing a firearm and handling stolen goods.
