Suns, Jets tied for lead in BDCA Spirit of Cricket Award

STRATHFIELDSAYE and Strathdale-Maristians are the joint leaders in the BDCA’s Barry Ayres Spirit of Cricket Award.

The Jets and Suns both have 83.75 points in the award, in which umpires assess each first, second, third XI and under-18 team on their respect for umpires, co-operation with umpires, captains co-operation, respect for opposition and general conduct.

At the completion of each round the points for each club are added together and divided by four to give the club its rating.
