Taipans played brilliantly to win four rubbers in last Friday night’s clash with South Bendigo.
A 7-4 record has Cobras in third place on 60 points.
Another victory would be a huge lift to Taipans tally of 5-6 and 51.
• Strathfieldsaye makes the trek south to play on Castlemaine’s courts.
The second-placed Strathfieldsaye has a 9-2 record and 69 points.
Castlemaine will be desperate to chalk up a third victory and cannot be taken lightly at home.
BTC Growl Weightlifting, 2-8 and 31, takes on Spring Gully Words and Pictures Photography, 2-8 and 41, at BTA headquarters.
