Midweek pennant has so far been unaffected by weather, but weekend pennant was last Saturday called off due to extreme heat.
There were also some games in round six that didn’t get a start on December 2 because of wet weather.
The BBD had originally scheduled Sunday, February 25, as a reserve day for pennant. However, that date has now been set for the region finals and under-25s state finals.
Meanwhile, Marong’s Nancy Tate and Eaglehawk’s Jan Robertson will meet in the women’s final of the Champion of Champions on Sunday morning at South Bendigo.
The men’s semi-finals will be also played Sunday morning from 9am, with Brad Marron (Bendigo East) taking on Phil Godkin (Eaglehawk) and Greg Podesta (Castlemaine) meeting John Cassidy (Bendigo).
