Metropolitan South East Bayside posted 187 off its 50 overs at Melbourne University.
Sandhurst leg-spinner Kayde Howard capped a fine tournament by taking 4-17 off his 10 overs.
Howard finished the competition with 15 wickets at an average of 9.73.
In reply, Northern Rivers were always on the back foot and were bowled out for 125. Golden Square’s Braydon Vaz top scored eight with 42 off 55 balls.
