The White Hills’ skipper hit 26 fours and five sixes as the BDCA Colts posted 3-395 off 50 overs against Upper Loddon in their division three clash at White Hills.
Winter-Irving didn’t start his innings until the 16th over after the fall of opener Linc Jacobs for 43, but he wasted little time in stamping his class on the game.
Six of his first 14 scoring shots were boundaries and he dominated partnerships of 112 with opener Ryan Harling (31) and 124 with Jayden Sheean (26).
Winter-Irving’s five sixes included a bomb over the White Hills social rooms on to the netball courts.
Winter-Irving and Bendigo’s Will Collicoat (37 not out) added a quickfire 75 in the latter overs to lift the BDCA Colts to within five runs of 400.
