Bendigo people share hot weather pictures after 42-degree day

AS THE temperature soared to nearly 42 degrees on Saturday, central Victorians had a single mission: to find the perfect way to keep cool.

People shared their images on the Bendigo Advertiser Facebook page of how they attempted to beat the heat.

People also took the fun to the Bendigo Aquatic Centre.

The region also suffered power blackouts and fires as a result of the hot weekend.
