Stanley snared his second win of the year when the favourite Haski saluted in a benchmark 64 over 1207m.
It came hot on the heels of the trainer’s win at Mornington with Kaimu on New Year’s Day.
Combined with the victory of Shaq at Echuca on New Year’s Eve, Stanley has three wins from nine starts in the last nine days.
He has also trained two seconds in that time.
Haski ($2,40), who was perfectly ridden by Michael Dee, was eased into the clear at the top straight and quickly bounded away from his six rivals.
The five-year-old gelding has three wins and four minor placings from 12 career starts for career earnings of more than $40,000.
