The AGM will be held at the South Bendigo clubrooms at the QEO from 7.30pm on Wednesday, January 24.
Beres Fitch, Barry Secombe, Jason Griffin and Peter Davey will remain on the board with one year remaining in their term.
Carol McKinstry, Sam McGee and Andy Walker have indicated they will stand for re-election.
