The Hawks improved to 8-0 with a 94-79 victory over Castlemaine on Saturday.
The Eaglehawk victory was spearheaded by a dominant win by the rink of Tony Ellis against Darren Taylor.
Ellis’ rink prevailed 33-10, while the Hawks also had winning skippers in Brayden Byrne (+2) and the undefeated Dean Carter (+6).
The damage would have been far worse for Castlemaine had it not been for the rink of Rod Phillips – currently ranked No.1 in the BBD – scoring a 27-11 victory over Simon Carter.
