Principal Brian Turner praised his students for their extraordinary efforts throughout the year and their contributions to the school.
“They have modelled the values of persistence, perseverance and they have been really dedicated to achieving their best individual outcomes, it’s a real credit to them,” Mr Turner said.
Dux Jessica McCarthy is moving to Melbourne to study music at Monash University.
“The teachers have been so friendly and willing to give up their time, especially this year they’ve gone above and beyond with their commitment of time and energy,” she said.
“Just don’t stress, keep things in perspective and try to keep calm and keep a balanced attitude really is the key.

Dux proximus Imogen Sexton said that throughout the entire year she has worked “pretty hard”.
“Not entirely sure what I want to do next year, probably looking at starting university and working in the health science area, I will finalise where I want to go to university over the next couple days,” she said.
Lillian Maher’s excellent effort has already secured her a scholarship at Deakin University.
“I am going to study Wildlife and Conservation Biology,” she said.
I thank Jessica, Imogen and Lillian for their contributions to college life beyond their studies and wish them the very best for the future endeavours
