Together with her friends and family, Ms Ireland is hosting “Money on the Dunny” and raising money for plumbing and sanitation for indigenous communities in Australia.
“Three years ago we did an fundraiser around girls in Africa and that had to walk a significant distance to get water,” she said.
“It dawned on us that we are very privileged to have those sorts of facilities and that's what sparked the idea originally.
“This year we wanted to do something closer to home, so we are raising money for plumbing and sanitation in Australia’s indigenous communities.”
Ms Ireland will be set up at the Good Loaf until 6pm on Saturday with a fake toilet and a water cooler container she hopes to fill with donations.
People can donate dollars to take a moment of reflection on the faux facilities.
“This year we have more activities with carolling, talks about water conservation and craft workshops,” she said.
“We are trying to get as many people involved as possible. Last time we raised almost $3000 and are hoping to match.”
