An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said a man in his 20s who was airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital with pelvis and groin injuries was in a stable condition.
A woman in her 60s was taken to Bendigo hospital with chest injuries. A man in his 50s is also at the hospital with minor injuries.
Paramedics assessed another woman at the scene but she did not require transport to hospital.

An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson has confirmed the man who was trapped by his lower body has been freed and flown to hospital by air ambulance.
3.15pm
Acting Sergeant Michael Thompson has spoken at the scene of the crashes.
He said one driver, a man, was trapped in his vehicle and had to be extracted.
The driver has been airlifted to Melbourne.
It is believed a City of Greater Bendigo council ute was one of four vehicles involved in the incident.

Bendigo police are treating two road incidents at Huntly as connected.
The first crash involved three vehicles – a white van, a ute and an SUV.
The second, 200 metres closer to Bendigo, involved a red sedan.
Bendigo Acting Sergeant Michael Thompson said the cause of the crashes was unknown but police were investigating.
He appealed for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to call the station at 5448 1300.
Acting Sergeant Thompson said police expected the road to remain closed for a couple more hours.

2.26pm:
There have been two crashes at Huntly, but it is unknown if they are connected.
The first was a two-car collision, which left a man, 30, with upper body injuries, and a woman in shock.
The next, 200 metres closer to Bendigo, left a 60-year-old woman with back injuries.
An air ambulance is at the scene.
Earlier
A RESCUE is underway on the Midland Highway after an incident at Huntly.
The road is closed and police are directing northbound traffic down Ligar Street.
Three cars appear to be involved.
One car is in a roadside ditch near Ligar Street.
Several emergency trucks are responding.
