Umpires award up to 10 votes to each team at the completion of each first XI, second XI, third XI and under-18 match.
Each team is assessed on their respect for umpires, co-operation with umpires, captains co-operation, respect for the opposition and general conduct.
At the completion of each round the points for each club are added together and divided by four to give the club its rating. Twenty20 games are not included.
After four rounds, Golden Square and Strathfieldsaye top the table with 34.25 points each. Strathdale-Maristians is next with 34 points from Bendigo United and Kangaroo Flat on 33.25.
White Hills is sixth on 33 points ahead of Bendigo 32.25, Huntly-North Epsom 32 and Eaglehawk 31.5. Sandhurst has the worst record in the competition with 31 points.
