Seventeen trucks will be located close to the law court precinct for the weekend, with organisers hoping 10,000 people attend the event.

The festival is the second food truck event held in the city in seven months after the festival at Tom Flood Sports Centre in May and organiser Jayden Donaldson said the new venue – Rosalind Park – would, hopefully be the festival’s long-term future.
“The council asked us to consider moving to Rosalind Park to try and activate the central business district,” he said.
Live music will be played all weekend, with the Bendigo Blues and Roots Music Festival taking over the stage for Sunday, Mr Donaldson said.
Proceeds from tickets sales on Sunday will be donated to two primary schools and the Hindsight Club charity, which provides funds to local charities and organisations.
Money will go towards Kangaroo Flat Primary School’s leadership program and California Gully Primary School, who will take students who have never been to the beach down to the coast.
