KANGAROO Flat is gunning for a hat-trick of victories in BBD weekend pennant for the first time in three seasons on Saturday.

But it won’t be easy for the Flat at home against Bendigo East in the match of the round.

Both the Flat and Beasties have followed similar paths this season – each losing their first game, but bouncing back with victories in their past two to be sitting third and fourth on the ladder.

This game shapes as a telling contest for the Flat in its re-emergence against one of the long-time power sides of the competition.

Last time: Bendigo East 100 d Kangaroo Flat 73.

Selection: Kangaroo Flat by 4.
