CHILDREN at Jenny’s Early Learning Centre Bendigo Hospital have created 86 works for entry in the Bendigo Agricultural Show.
Early childhood educator Sam Millard said there were a range of individual entries, as well as collaborative efforts.
“I think this is the most we’ve done,” she said.
A democratic vote decided the themes reflected in the group works, and children were encouraged to choose their preferred medium for individual works.
Options included Lego and photography.
“It’s been a really good experience,” Miss Millard said.
She said the children were excited to go to the show with their families and see their work exhibited.
Friday marks the start of the two-day event, which features nightly firework displays from 9pm.
