Evans will appear on stage at Ulumbarra Theatre on November 8 to talk about lessons in mindset, conditioning and preparation to be a leader and elite athlete.
Evans’ mental toughness was one of the hallmarks of a brilliant cycling career that included his Tour de France triumph in 2011 and the 2009 world championship.
Evans will be joined on stage by Bendigo cycling stars Peta Mullens and Chris Hamilton.
Like Evans, Mullens and Hamilton started their careers in mountain bike racing before going on to succeed in road racing.
Mullens is preparing for next year’s Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast, while Hamilton has just finished his rookie professional season in Europe.
Tickets for Cadel Evans: Keeping the Pedals Moving are available from the The Capital box office on 5434 6100.
