The Amazing Maze opens on Friday after being chosen by St Joseph’s Primary School students from a number of concepts.
Spatial designer Sophie Allan’s concept drew inspiration from the conservatory’s Victorian setting and the colour of tulip fields.
“Children are encouraged to navigate their own path through the work, and be rewarded with the wonder of the infinity effect at its core,” she said.
The City of Greater Bendigo presented the maze as part of its Children’s Art in the Conservatory program.
The council’s capital venues and events manager David Lloyd said around 3000 people visited last year’s installation.
“The tulips are just starting to bloom so it’s a perfect time to come and enjoy our beautiful conservatory gardens,” he said.
The maze is open seven days from 11am to 3pm until Sunday October 8.
