The Spirit will take on Basketball Australia's Centre of Excellence at Echuca Basketball Stadium, from 6.30pm on Sunday.
The Spirit split their opening two pre-season matches last weekend.
They lost to expected bigh improvers Adelaide Lightning 74-76 in Sunbury on Saturday, but defeated Dandenong Rangers 68-62 at Werribee's Eagle Stadium on Sunday.
With 240 under-12 basketballers and their parents or carers in Echuca this weekend for the annual Basketball Victoria Country Jamboree, a massive crowd is expected for Sunday's contest.
The Spirit will open the 2016-17 championship season on the road against the Canberra Capitals on October 6.
Their opening home game comes on October 14 at Bendigo Stadium against Perth Lynx.
