Bowen finished five votes ahead of joint runners-up, Harcourt coach Paul Chaplin and Royal Park’s Stefan Pye, each with 19.
Meanwhile, the winner of the Nalder Tracey Trophy for the A grade netball was Dunolly’s Ash Lierich with 28 votes.
