The tour, organised by Bendigo South East College, will see vocal and strings students from BSE, Victory Christian College, Bendigo Senior Secondary College and Weeroona College Bendigo visit London, Penzance and Cambridge.
Students will perform at schools along the way, as well as getting to sight-see and visit Bendigo’s sister city Penzance.
It is the first time the tour has been open to all four schools and Stephen Briggs, head of music at BSE, said it was a chance for students to broaden their experience.
“Just getting that experience when you’re young, I think it just opens your eyes up to a lot more,” he said.
BSE student Max Harris said he was counting down the days until the trip.
“I’m a bit of a theatre freak so I’m looking forward to seeing some Shakespeare and a West End show, but I think the entire thing will be just wicked,” he said.
