The Tigers were far too strong for Boort in a one-sided first semi-final on Saturday, winning by 80 points.
The Tigers kicked the opening six goals of the game to set up their 18.14 (122) to 6.6 (42) victory at Wedderburn in what was their first final since joining the North Central league last year.
Nathan Wight (four), Jacob Schaper (three) and Lachlan Gilbert (three) combined for 10 goals for the Tigers.
Rohan Nolan (three) was the only multiple goalkicker for the Magpies in what was their return to the finals for the first time since 2011.
Wycheproof-Narraport and Birchip-Watchem meet in the second semi-final next Saturday at Sea Lake.
