St John of God Bendigo hospital chief executive Darren Rogers has resigned with immediate effect, citing personal reasons for the decision.
Staff were informed of the decision on Friday, which brought to an end Mr Rogers’ five-year tenure at the hospital.
The hospital released the following statement on Monday: “Darren Rogers has resigned as CEO of St John of God Bendigo Hospital for personal reasons.”
“He has overseen the redevelopment and expansion of the St John of God Bendigo Hospital, which will advantage the Bendigo community for many years.
