Ross, who only played eight of the 10 games, booted 47 home and away goals.
The next best goalkicker behind Ross was Echuca’s Sophie Douglas on 21.
Ross’s tally of 47 goals included bags of 10 against North Bendigo in round two and 11 against Shepparton in round six.
The Thunder plays Benalla in this Sunday’s second semi-final at Weeroona Oval from 2.30pm.
