The Storm have been disappointing in two 40-point plus defeats to Golden Square and Eaglehawk in its past two matches.
Coach Darryl Wilson has added highly-rated Bendigo Pioneers trio Angus Schumacher, Bailey Henderson and Matt Harvey to the mix for Saturday’s danger game with Gisborne at Tannery Lane.
The Storm also regain key defender Ben Lester for his first game in two years, while co-captain Jayden Donaldson is back from injury.
Gisborne went within a kick of upstaging the Storm in round four and is in better form this time around.
